Company does not consider the customer what so ever. they will overcharge you for secondhand or poor quality items. This company doesn't have a good moral compass and i would never agree to purchase from them again.

Company is a scam!! They sent us penitrating oil and gloves, that we did not order, then billed them for it. They also claim they spoke to our foreman , which they did not!! Do not fall for this company!!

They have very deceptive selling tactics. You tell them to send a sample to try and they send a whole case at $500. I hope they get shut down soon. There website doesn't even work.

This company mailed us 2 cases of Precision penetrating lubricant, that we did not order. Called and spoke with Ron multiple times about having the cases picked up. Ron kept saying he would email me fed ex label for the materials to be returned to his office however he never did. Whenever we spoke with Ron on the phone he would give us the excuse "can I call you right back". Then invoiced us for $1,549.70. We ended up returning the cases via fed ex and having fed ex bill their account. This company scams you, they said they spoke with our shop supervisor and he said he requested the material- yet they couldn't give me a name for said shop supervisor. Be warned!!!!!!
