I applied to work as a receptionist with them. I got a call saying they reviewed my resume and said they had a job they thought I would be a perfect fit for, and that they would like to set up an interview. I go into the interview and about 10 other people are there, after talking to them I find out one is a financial analyst, one is an accountant, and many other various reasons for interviewing. We find out it is the first of several "Group Interviews" during which there was a two hour long presentation about the company culture, benefits and company cruises. And at the end we find out- we're all *interviewing* for positions as commission-only sales reps. With that level of shadiness I would have thought I was interviewing at a used car dealership.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I have been trying to receive the life insurance policy my mom left for us for over 6 months... When submitting the claim, they respond that they received everything and will process your claim. Then 3 months later they send a letter stating they need for you to submit your claim because the first one is not legible. Then, you submit again and still wait 2 more months. I call/email weekly my mother's agent for updates and he has even begun to not reply to my emails. He told me to call corporate office because he was told the check was sent 1/26/21. I called and was told the same thing and they even confirmed the local BLC address. Now, the agent is still saying their office has not received the check.... EVEN AFTER A MONTH, NO ONE HAS THE COMMON SENSE TO CALL CORPORATE OFFICE TO CANCEL THE FIRST CHECK AND REQUEST ANOTHER CHECK BE ISSUED AND SENT VIA REGISTERED MAIL OR FEDEX!
AMAZING HOW QUICK THEY WERE TO TAKE MY MOM'S MONEY FOR ALL THOSE YEARS, YET THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT WHEN DUE.
OH, AND LET'S TALK ABOUT THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE POST ON THE BBB with the same problem with the LOST CHECK trick.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE SCREWED AT THE END!
