We are so happy that Our Care was recommended to us. We used two of their home health aides for our dad when he was in need of extra help at home. Both aides were dependable, self-starters, and most importantly, kind and completely focused on our dad and his emotional and physical needs.

Im always so busy that I rarely write reviews. But after a year-long nightmare firing caregiver services for my 95-year-old mother with Alzheimers, the service I have now is such a relief that I have to tell the world about it. I imagine many people care about their loved ones as much as I do, and I dont want them to go through what I did. Ryan Webb and his team at OurCare Health provide exactly what I was looking for: quality, loving, and dependable care. It doesnt sound like much, but believe me, get the wrong service and youll discover how special that is. When I first interviewed Ryan, he told me that his companys mission was to provide truly caring, competent, and dependable services that rose above the competition. Well, Ill tell you, Id heard that one before. But Ryan did sound different and I gave him a chance. From that day forward, my mother and I have been thrilled. We couldnt be more satisfied. She talks about what good care shes getting almost every time I see her. The Head of Nursing at my mothers memory care facility even called me out of the blue to tell me how Im impressed she was by their level of care. Over the last year, I learned that there are many areas in which a caregivers fail. Some come repeatedly late or not at all. Others do not have the sense needed to make good decisions when the unexpected happens. Still others were inattentive or uncommitted, pretty much ignoring my mother, and watching TV, snoozing, or chatting distractedly on the phone. Many did not even understand enough English to perceive what I asked them to do. Of those that did, many forgot, some repeatedly. Over the last year and a half, through the nightmares of Covid, I suffered incompetent caregivers, ineffective managers, and erroneous bills. Now that thats off my shoulders, Im anxious to tell others about it. So thats my endorsement. Ryan and Our Care were always ahead of the curve, delivered top-notch care, and knocked themselves out to go the extra mile when necessary. Hopefully this review will make others journey easier. 5*
