My 89yr old mother in law who has had three strokes and has a catheter uses this company. The normal nurse Rachel is very good and caring kind considerate. The on call nurse is lazy donâ€™t want to come out when there is an issue with her catheter. We called on a Saturday night about her catheter and she made up some excuse why she didnâ€™t want to come out and basically told us to go to the ER. Well she didnâ€™t need to go to the ER and waste all night there and spend thousands of dollars for nothing. Donâ€™t know why we have this company if your nurse doesnâ€™t want to come out and be bothered. Personally I will never use your company for anything if weâ€™re going to be treated like that.
