Terrible....I've been waiting 8 months for them to find me a Saturday caregiver and it's been one incompetent, unqualified person after another. Keep looking.

As a nurse of 10+ years, this is a good company to work for. They’ve always got work to fill and the office staff are always pleasant to schedule with.

Sonas Home Health Agency exceeds expectations In a week I will be waking up for retirement after 43 years working fulltime in nursing. Little did I know that my first 20 years of working in hospitals was preparing me for the following 23 in home care. Although I worked every avenue in hospitals, pediatrics was my specialty. I have worked for many different agencies and seen, the good, the bad and the ugly. None are as outstanding as Sonas Home Health Care. I found this agency to be tops for not only patient care, but also for the concerns and consideration for their employees. Far too often are our needs forgotten. Sonas agency supported both my emotional and financial needs during the 2.5 years I cared for my husband during his battle with cancer. One of the first to call with condolences was my boss Errol Dean. He has always listened to my complaints, resolved any problems and acknowledged with respect all conversations I have engaged in. The Director of Nursing, Jillian Miller, goes above and beyond when it comes to the patient and family care. She is well versed with each case and is knowledgeable when it comes to needing a solution. She shows respect to all her nurses and values them as part of her team. Covid has not stopped Sonas Home Health Care. They update their data and share it weekly to all their employees. PPE and vaccines are offered to all employees. Our safety has never been an issue. All staff at this agency have a positive attitude. Wishing you a good day, hope you feel better and what can I do to help you are common clauses in conversations. A simple thank you is never over looked. I feel honored and blessed to have worked with this agency.
