This is the team you need to take care of your loved ones. They have excellent team and always on top of things. They have their clients interests, making sure they live a better and more comfortable life, would never leave them hanging, they got your back. Very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, considerate and helpful. Health wise, they are always on top and provides the necessary equipment for everyone most especially during covid. Also if you are a good team player this is your best bet. I love them so much.

Bayada has not been an awful company to work for Raquel works with me whenever I need something the only negative is the pay other than that I don't have nothing negative to say

Not a good company to work for. They play FAVORITISM. They did not give me shift for months, and suddenly they offered me one for Christmas night, time and half pay until midnight, and regular pay after midnight, first I agreed , but the next day, I called and told them I would work, if is time and half the entire shift, because they call me only when no one else want the shift, they said " no, we were thinking about you, you did not have shift in a long time" Please, do not insult my intelligence, and dont think you are better and smarter because you work in the office, and certainly dont act like it. I was told they will call me back, they did :-)))) I received call with request for I-9 - authorization to work in United States. Are you kidding me? You did not ask for my legal status when you called me and offered the shift, you called me , when I asked for better pay for 12 hours Christmas shift. I passed the background check,. if I'm not US citizen or legal immigrant, I would never pass the background check, I sent you copy of my SS and driver license at least 10 times, and you still dont have it? I worked few shifts in September and October, you mean you gave me job without checking my legal status ? If I m authorized to work in United States? so here we go.... you committed a crime? You sent healthcare employee to take care of elderly and disabled people without checking their legal status????? Families of theses people would be horrified knowing it. Just deactivate me in your system, I dont play dirty games, and certainly dont want to work for company playing dirty games. And please dont respond to my review like you dont know who I am. and I'm not in your system, like you did to the other people/employees writing honest reviews about your dirty practices. But.... maybe you dont know who I am, since you made 3 MISTAKES in the spelling of my last name, on my work badge, maybe this is why you are not able to check my legal status, because you are not able to spell and type, even with having a copy of my social and driver license in front of you. As an immigrant I have a better spelling skills than the office employees at Bayada, born in United States. The hiring process took a month because of the bureaucracy, lost paper work, lack of organization and communication in the office, it was waste of my time. I'm just disgusted.
