        Constantin goes far beyond losing weight or staying fit. He has helped me with the way I think about myself, my nutrition, and breaking false beliefs of certain types of exercises. I am more mobile and feel better in mind and body than ever before! Pride is a great facility, but Constantin makes it a gold mine!

        Amazing! Our teenage son is a competitive athlete and has been training here for almost a year. Nothing but great things to say. Constantin, his trainer, is so professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I've never seen a gym that even comes close to the personalized attention. Our son's results have been really transformative, a really special place!

        I have been at Pride Gym for 3 years and love Kim, Geof and the rest of the staff! I have watched my body transform from squishy to firm! I sleep better and am less stressed!! Geof knows my weaknesses and modifies my workout so I dont hurt myself!! Its exciting to come in everyday and you dont know what kind of awesome workout you are going to get!! Thanks you all for changing my life for the better!! Love yall!!
