Now, I spoke to James about canceling my membership. I have health issues that prevent me from utilizing the facility. I tried to cancel my membership and was told that I cannot as long as there was a balance due on the account.
I have been ill and have not been in the club in months. Even after explaining these facts, James did not close my account to further charges.
Planet Fitness has received a years worth of money from me, or close to it, and I cannot go to the club, nor do I intend to pay for services that I have not received.
It is not right for PF to continue to charge me when I have made it clear that I cannot utilize the facilities.
Please cancel my account.
Be aware that the only way to cancel a membership is to pay the balance and go to the original club tgat you signed up in.
Both policies make lots of money for PF but are not fair to consumers.
Please cancel my membership.
I posted yhis review one year ago,
PF really lives up to their marketing as a judgement free zone.....I love the massage chair and circuit training. Very clean showers and nice people that are always willing to help.
