    First of all they MAKE you buy their warranty when you finance now that I have to utilize their dealership warranty its been a complete joke This place just had my car for four days and told me to come pick it up its fixed and ready. Only to drive and hour there and an hour back home to only find out its not fixed at all. They did a poor job, the entire back panel is off now along with the lift Gate widow hatch piece; no quality control by any means. My car is in worse shape than when I dropped it off Went back to the dealership its been 5 days since I dropped it off and the part still isnt in. Beyond annoyed at this point. Definitely encourage people to read reviews before you go here.

    I went here to trade in my truck and get a used one on the lot. The salesman and sales manager were good and I would work out a deal with them again. They didnt ask about monthly payments or how much Id put down all the time like other dealers around. BUT once you get to the finance office is when they try to get you!! He tried to tell me that my only option was to buy the truck with a warranty, when I said I dont want to buy it then, he agreed to take the warranty off, but raised the interest rate. He told me I got the best interest rate available to me at 8.99% and a crazy high payment. He then was able to move my interest rate and payment lower while getting an attitude with me. I told him the math for everything still isnt adding up and Im not interested anymore. On the way out the sales manager was able to get me a 7.07% interest rate and a lower payment. All while the worker in finance told me he was giving me the best possible deal. I decided to walk out anyways. It left a sour taste in my mouth for this place. Stop trying to scam people because dealerships are struggling right now. Everything is negotiable, even in the finance office! Get a pre approved loan before you go. A good tip is to not go to a dealership unless you know how to get a decent deal. Theyre not looking out for you no matter what promises they claim!
