This company has been a life saver! While I wanted a new kitchen in our vacay home; I dreaded the process of having it done. Tampa Signature Renovations made the process smooth and even a bit enjoyable at times. They helped with design, materials and installation. Their ideas were so much better than anything I could have ever came up with. We loved the outcome. Any futures projects I will definitely be reaching out to them again. Patrick was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Even though I would not be using their store to buy cabinets because I am building across the state, he was so willing to show me the products I came in to see. He gave me alot of useful information. I would definitely recommend the store and use them if I had a project in the area.

My experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing and I would caution anyone and everyone to stay away from Tampa Signature Renovations (TSR) and their partner company Straight Line Construction (SLC). The selling process was great. Both companies were informative and helpful and timely. We selected them because they were the best of all the companies we talked to during the proposal. However, that experience was quickly overshadowed by lack of project control, terrible communication and what I feel turned into a complete lack of either ability or interest in doing a basic good job. My project, a bathroom remodel, was poorly run, lacked communication and I had to project manage it near the end. It was nearly impossible to get either company to respond much of the time, random delays led to the project ending long after the "conservative" estimate and we did not get some of the items due to poor planning and missed opportunities on the contractor's part to listen to feedback and take action. All of my issues could have been fixed through simple communication and just showing up, but they just refused. Subs would come in and have the wrong instructions and they would show confusion when I would stop and explain things. SLC seems to hold the GC license so when I turned to them for help in getting issues resolved, I had high hopes. However, that great sales person who was helpful and knowledgeable early on simply disappeared and stopped responding. Even with final billing this company refuses to handle concerns and has just completely stopped communicating. While the bathroom is finished and it looks good, it does not have all of the features we agreed to and the negative experience we had over the 6 months they were working makes me want to do my next remodel on my own...and I am not that handy.
