4th Generation Flooring

We had some surface scratches on our laminate flooring and Chris Newcom came out to provide an estimate for repair. He was prompt, communicated well and was honest. He recommended the least invasive, least expensive option first as the scratches were not very deep and explained what a more labor-intensive repair would look like should we decide to go that route. Chris came out promptly to have a look at our buckling hardwood floors. He thoroughly assessed the issue and told us that we didnt need to take any action with him quite yet, but instead should address the issues potentially causing the wood to buckle first. Though we havent used his services, we very much appreciated his promptness, honesty, and friendliness.
