        Initially, I thought I would be writing a shining review. Sadly no such thing. My insurance company recommended Restoration Depot. At first they were great helping with the devastation as a result of the fire. But as time went on, they dropped me. I was told they could not wait any longer for the contractor (who the condo association hired) to finish their portion of the work. The whole time I waited, I was reassured (MANY times) that Restoration Depot would "see this through to the end". They did not do as they said and I had to find someone else to take on the job. Fast forward- after I had finally unpacked my belongings that Restoration Depot packed up, several boxes were still missing. These are sentimental items (my parent's high school year book and some antique books) and I know for a fact these items survived the fire. I emailed Mr. Johnigean to please look for my missing boxes but no response. I was extremely disappointed in Restoration Depot. When someone tells you "we've got this" and "we are here for you", then drops the ball-shame on them. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
