Grow Financial Federal Credit Union: MacDill Air Force Base Store

Loan officer Diane Anthony, never answered my emails back, took way to long to give an approval, and when I told her where going to another bank no answer at all. Also tried to make us jump through so many hoops for an approval, my wife and I make over 260k a year with 800 credit scores and this was the worst loan process I have ever been through. I would not do business with this bank.

Avoid this bank!!! They dont care about you!! They only care about profits!!! Also their customer service sucks!!! Ive been calling them every and cant get ahold of them!! Waiting time is freaking long!!!

Kudos to the Grow financial Bank Mcdill stuff, specially to Mr. Bun Heen went beyond .is duty to help me out, I am going through so much with my life and financial, Mr.Bun was there to help me, it meant a lots to me and my family, it's because my problems has solved, of course with Mr.Bun help, now I can rest and breath.
