Wendy's - Closed

My daughter and I just ordered from this location. We pull up the young lady finally said something after 2 to 3 minutes at us being at the speaker. My daughter politely said,"excuse me what did you said?".... She then rudely replied, "what do you want?"... My daughter then proceeded to place her order. As you can see her chessey fries had a glob of saliva with mucus in them. Woe, I could understand if my daughter was rude but she was polite. To do something like this you have to really be a trifling, low down, nasty hearted person. I'm reporting them to the health department and the BBB. We threw away over $30 worth of food.

Very disappointing. My son had an appointment 5/16 @ 4:30p.m. to be interviewed for a position He showed up at 4:15 only to be turned away and told to try again tomorrow? That didnt sit well to me as far as professionalism, He had an appointment scheduled this was not a walk in. If he wasnt qualified that wouldve been fine but to be unprofessional about it was not ok. The Manager wasnt even there and the lobby had all the lights off as if they were closed. COME ON MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES otherwise why is that building even up and running?? This is Wendys 13119 N Dale Mabry hwy

Was given spicy nuggets instead of the non-spicy ones ordered. No big deal, right? Except that when we handed them back the spicy ones (which we had discovered once we went sat down and tried one), they took them and DUMPED them back in with the other nuggets! Unsanitary and disgusting!

My problem isn't with the staff, l go to lunch at 3pm and they shut the dining room. I don't want drive through. If you're consistently closing the dining room during business hours then you need to up your hiring game.

Really like the Baconator. The last trip I got a bourbon bacon cheeseburger and the flavor is amazing! . They took the Frosty Float of of the menu so I bought a small Frosty and a small Barq's to make a Frosty Float.
