      image Lately JCPENNY is proving a lousy customer service. Every time I tried to use some of the coupons the cashier almost all time will approve it. It JcPenny staff to accommodate when appropriate. Such a big company and acting so stingy. By the way the quality of some clothes are becoming poor.
