        Extremely incompetent institution. I dont think the manager Arelys was hugged enough as a child. Her passive aggressive facial expressions make me cringe. I was told a different story by all 3 people that work there. None of them know correct protocol and just contradict each other. Account has been open almost 40 years, and we just closed it. Thats the only thing they did correctly (I hope). They are the reason they put directions on shampoo bottles.
