        Ive lived here over a year & the SAUNA, FIREPLACE, & other amenities have not worked for over a YEAR!! I have not ever used the sauna because it has never worked ! The HOT TUB also hasnt worked in months!! DO NOT EXPECT TO USE ANY AMENITIES. I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK INTO OTHER APARTMENTS!

        I currently live at The Place and it is an amazing experience. The staff is great. The amenities are fantastic ( gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammock, etc). By far the best place to live in Channelside if you ask me.
