HOA is deliberately underinsured so forget about buying anything here if you want to utilize any downpayment assistance program. Too bad for buyers and sellers alike especially when their HOA monthly fee runs on the high side in the first place. Wish I could give negative stars for this place. Big disappointment after I doled out my hard earned cash for an appraisal and inspection thinking we'd be able to close quickly. Word to the wise: don't waste your time unless you can pay cash.

This place is horrible! Water shut off every month for “maintenance”. The security at night literally lets in anyone. Don’t move here!

The grounds are nice. Nothing fancy but Tropical foliage everywhere and kept up well. off the Hillsborough river.Quiet at night no complaints.Nice place to live. Pool is nice too
