I cant say enough good things about this company and team. I have used them several times and most recently they went out of their way on so many levels, to call out design components on the document I provided, that would potentially impact the finished product. I appreciate their level of detail and true dedication to a quality product so much, and theyre all so friendly!

I had a horrible experience with this printing company. I came in and spoke with Alex on Friday the 14th. I sent him my design and thoroughly explained what I wanted for about 30min. He told me the turnover was going to be about 1 - 2 business days meaning it would be ready by Monday latest Tuesday. So I called Monday afternoon to see if my printing order was ready and they said it was going to be ready by 5PM that same day. Then they called like 2 hours later saying it won't be ready till Tuesday morning. I arrived Tuesday afternoon to pick up the order of 50 small postcard-sized laminated signs and the design was wrong. Then John one of the graphic designer said that he was not given any instructions, indirectly saying these new signs weren't going to be free to fix. But he understood the alterations that I first explained to Alex when I first submitted the order. Alex then calls me and says that I never clearly explained, how I wanted the postcards to be. Just by looking at the design of the graphic I sent him it was obvious the alteration they made was wrong but then what really got me angry and frustrated he was trying to convince me that I never explained this to him and practically insinuating that I needed to pay extra for this order. He then called me back and apologized and recognized he was wrong. Then they said that John was going to work on changing the graphic that day and I would receive a proof for printing later that day which I did but needed another alteration. So I called them Wednesday morning to see if they did the last alteration and after like 3-4 calls I was able to get the proof for printing at 4PM. They said they would be ready by Thursday afternoon. I call Thursday afternoon and Chris answered and said yes they are ready, you can come and pick them up. I don't live close and when I got there Chris gave me the same original wrong signs that had the wrong graphic. I told him he said that the new signs were ready. He said I never spoke to him and tried to play it off like I spoke to someone else and then he says it will be ready tomorrow Friday afternoon, one week later from submitting the order. I was fuming. I finally picked up the order on Friday, asked Chris to have Alex give me a call which he never did. To make it short they have poor communication, customer service, and not reliable at all. I guess, maybe they don't give you priority if you have a small order and just blatantly lie to not assume responsibility. Just avoid the stress and hassle especially if you need to place an order that is time-sensitive.
