As a small business owner, I really appreciate great service. I was running late for a Cruise over the weekend and I forgot to print my luggage tags. I called and was immediately helped by Brittany. She had my tags printed and waiting for me as soon as I walked in (about 10min later). This was such a life saver for me and I was so grateful for her help and great work. I made it on board in time thanks to them! Great service all the way around. I will be back for other jobs in the future.

We had Will and his company do all of our signage at out store, inside as well as outside as well as vehicles. This was done over the past 3 years. I called Will 4 times and asked about a sign that had faded over the years. I specifically told the person on the phone, I was NOT looking for anything free. His quote was more than double than it was 3 years ago.I asked to speak to Will. I left my message 4 different times. Never a response, other than "he will call you back". I guarantee you if I said we have a new store and need signage, he would have called or come down immediately. My store is only 9 blocks from their office. You always find out about a company when there is a issue. Tampa Printer/Will showed he does not want to take care of existing business. Again, I was never asking for a freebee. Too bad. I would never recommend this company again. Sorry, I have in the past #1 I told you that I expected to pay for a new sign. Just not double what I had paid. Since when did I "haggle" about pricing? Again, I just had a vehicle done as well. Did I question pricing? No I did not. Did I shop it? NO. Did I shop the signage you have done for me? NO. Did I shop Window Decals. NO. Every time I had banners made up, I never questioned your pricing. So please stop that BS. Yes, I was told "Will will call you back". That is all I expected. I have no Idea who you are by the way. If there is a problem and a customer wants to talk with the owner at my store, I call them back. I may not always agree, but I always call back. Please do not tell me Will was too busy to make a 3 minute phone call. You always find out about a company on how they handle issues. You dropped the ball on this one. There are plenty of sign companies around. Our store has been here 75 years, same family ownership. I don't haggle with people. If I feel as though a price is out of line, I will say it to their face. Our reputation in this City as both individuals and as a business is pretty good. We don't "haggle" with people. Unfortunately Will has some great gatekeepers. You would have thought I was asking to speak to the president of General Motors.
