        Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes and never even got to place my order before I drove off I have been here multiple times only because its close to my job and the service and wait is always horrible

        It's 50/50 on if there is even anyone working when I go there. When there is, they are very nice, but I don't like planning on buying donuts for my coworkers and then no one is even there.

        I have never left a google review before but felt obligated to for this Dunkin location. I pull into the drive though and order a bagel and coffee, was waiting there for about 12 minutes with no other cars either in front or behind me. But thats not why Im leaving this review, the bacon egg and cheese bagel looked absolutely disgusting and the coffee had small hairs all over and stuck to the lid and the cup. I am NEVER one to complain but I called up the restaurant after I pulled away and parked. The guy on the phone called me a liar and that what I was saying was impossible. I wasnt trying to get free food or even a refund (I should have) Id have absolutely no reason to call and make all of this up. Avoid the Dunkin at 110 E bearss unless you want gross food with questionable looking employees making it
