This is hands down, the worst McDonalds in the Tampa area. First the dining room is almost always closed, for dining in or take-out, first it was COVID (acceptable reason), now it's staffing shortages. Now lets talk about the drive-thru. If you decide to wait the 20 mins, regardless of how many cars are in line, there is a strong chance your order will be wrong, if it's your order. Now, thanks to the dining room being closed, you now have to wait in the line again to get your order corrected. On top of all this, the smart arsed manager there always happens to just be getting on duty, no matter the time of day. This location are pretty much made me avoid McDonald's in general. This location needs to be closed...

The female cashiers are kinda argumentative. I was there two days in a row and both days one of the ladies was explaining how the order mistake wasn't her fault but instead it was the customer's fault. True or not for the other guy, I don't know, but she was wrong in my case. I asked for a particular number breakfast meal but what I got was an a la carte order missing the hash brown paddie. She corrected the error by just adding it to my bag without correcting the price. I would have been happy to pay the additional cost. I thanked her and went on about my day.

went at 8:30 and a car was parked infront of drive thru speaker with no one in it.
