        Got the phone which was over price. Sales person didn't try to help me at all. Light keeps fading I get cut off charge for dim card overprice on case. Lie quite a bit. Don't understand why this happen. Said I couldn't exchange when I went back. And call customer service dumb she call everyone a lot of names. And her big prints are on my template of my phone. I need help. Be nice if management of store would call. Even answer.

        I love going to this store, most of the staff are very very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of what they do, however there are some that are not... From each 5 visits, 4 are very good, the other one not so much!

        There were four people working, I needed some help with this ACP program because every time I submit it there's a problem. So I asked them if they knew anything about the program and they said no to call customer service. Went to another Metro and she helped me tremendously. To me it looks like they just didn't want make the effort to find out what's wrong or what I needed to do to fix
