Mike was amazing. Despite a slight hiccup in the beginning with their systems, he still managed to make the experience great and I walked out with a phone that Im happy with.

DONT BELIEVE these guys!!! I went to join in my friends line and buy a phone in the line! The agent there told me about the plans and told me there is a new year offer for the phone and one who takes the offer will also get an ipad and a iwatch for free and this guy lied to me to increase his year end target i asked him twice or thrice to ensure the monthly charge in total i need to pay! He bluffed that the whole including everything would be 55$ per month and asked me to pay 350$ upfront i did that! Late he didnt inform me anything about what is happening and my charge for the first month was 152$ he told 55$ its 152$ they told those are charges and things and second month i will get benefited as told before! But from second month it asked me to pay 87$ and when i went to return the devices he lied that he changed something and it will be 67$ but now again its 104$
DONT BELIEVE THIS STORE!!! And Verizon too go opt T mobile or At&T they at least wont lie about their plans!!! worst experience i went to the store 20 times in just 2 months to solve my query but of no use!! Worst
