My daughter and I had such an incredible experience with this Verizon store in Tampa. All the staff was amazing, but I wanted to give Imbraham a special recognition because he was so patient and kind. He was amazing. Carlos also helped to make my change from T-Mobile to Verizon as easy as possible.

These people are the absolute worst. They had a holiday deal where you purchased a phone and got an iPad and iWatch. My husband and I purchased TWO phones. I had to continuously call for the watch, so far for 3 months. After speaking to multiple customer service representatives, we finally received the watch, and they wanted to charge us for it! Carlos promised to help then hung up while on the phone with customer service because he was too busy. Chadwick was the representative to assist in the beginning and he never put the watch in the order like he was supposed to, so he said the promotion passed and we were no longer going to get the watch, "oh well." For months I have been fighting with Verizon to get these additional charges off of my bill. Don't buy anything here.
