4 days ago I had my screen replaced for 106$. Today I woke up to a screen not working again, then turned black. There have been no drops, its been in its case since being fixed, and I do not lead a very busy lifestyle. I went into the store hoping for a resolution and was told it was cracked AGAIN (not visible unless some heavy duty flashlight is shown through the phone) due to the back glass being cracked, which was already cracked during my original repair.. After being offered a solution costing 199$ I took my phone and will be going elsewhere. Now Im out 100$ And still not a working phone.

Great service with Jassin ! Found the fuse that needed to be changed in order to duplicate smart key . Stuck to it and I am happy customer full service !

Went into the store yesterday after dropping my phone and having a black screen. Let me just say that Jassin was AMAZING!!! He was very knowledgeable regarding phone repairs. He walked me thru the process of what could be the possible issue, what he was going to check for, and what he was doing step-by-step while he was fixing it. He was also very warming and sociable, all while maintaining his professionalism. The entire process took less than an hour. I give Jassin and the service 5-stars!!! Very much recommended.
