There is no place quite like it in Tampa.

This company produces a unique product for it's clients, but is poorly managed and technologically challenged. The owners seem to be experiencing a lot of growing pains as they attempt to expand their market and grow their labor pool. Turnover is bad, and their "data" collection methods give me pause, but they create a niche product that no-one else has attempted to provide. So long as they hold a monopoly on remote property management, I expect the quality of their products will continue to be mid-tier. ID Plans get points for creativity, but a mediocre review overall given the poor execution of it's business plans/ideas and the technological hurdles it doesn't seem to be able to over come.
