        Truist is the worst bank Ive ever seen. They will spontaneously charge me for overdraft fees even when there is money in my account. Almost $1000 this year alone. Ive gone into the branch and both the teller and banker will say, wow this is a problem, but we cant do anything about it, someone will call you. No one ever calls me. I made the mistake of using their reserve system and today without warning they took over $700 from my account. Truist is a scam. Do not bank there.

        Nice folks but super slow. Lobby closed. Atm out of service. One drive thru open. This after they closed several offices due to merger with SunTrust. A year later and still no suntrust access.
