The service here is horrible which I should of known better considering this is the one on Armenia . I walked in and went to the front to which I was meet by the BRANCH MANAGER ASHLEY HORRIBLE . She ask what can i be helped with. I Advised that I had a check that I would like to cash which was a pretty big amount. I did not go to my bank because I didn't want a 10 day hold as I had a plumbing issue that need to be repaired. She looks at the check and says ohh no I can't cash that. I ask why and she processed to say in a really nasty attitude sucks her teeth and say thr amount of my check out loud while another member is right next to us. My check was thousands of dollars She put myself at danger . They ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY ANY AMOUNT A MEMBER HAS. I FEEL SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE WHY IF SHE IS THE BRANCH MANAGER WOULD PUT SOMEONE LIFE IN DANGER. ANOTHER MEMBER COULD OF FOLLOWED ME TO MY BANK OR ANY OTHER BANK AND HARMED ME. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT SOMEONE HIRE UP.

Horrible customer service didn't want to cash a $150 dollar check just to wait 20 mins for someone to abswer where we got the check just to tell them they can cash check pathetic bank! Dont go here!

I was referred to Zane through a friend of mine and immediately set up an appt. to meet with him today (11/18/2020). My wife and I were taken back by how incredibly client oriented they are and how personable the whole staff was. We loved talking with April as she joined us for the meeting. She was delightful and also a pleasure to talk too. It felt like we knew them all forever. It was such an amazing experience from the time we walked in to the time we left as they walked us out. We we're introduced to some of the employees from different departments and they we're all friendly and informative and you can tell they really loved their jobs! I'm so happy we had the opportunity to meet them all and now, we're clients. I would highly recommend Zane, April and the entire staff at The Bank of Tampa and look forward to a lasting relationship.
