The TD Bank in Lois Ave is awful. Tellers are lazy and unprofessional. I went with my dad to cash a check on his account. I gave them
my dads driver license as well as mine and my dad was there with me and they wouldnt cash the check because they said that now the bank requires the debit card which I gave it to them ; but my dad couldnt remember is PIN number and for that reason they didnt want to cash the check. We were not using the debit card. Dah ; It was a check. Why they needed the PIN number for. I told them that my dad was 90 years old ; that was the reason he couldnt remember but he was there and he signed the check and also showed them his driver license but still those morons where asking for a power of attorney; hello. I requested my name to be added to his account and they told me it was 5 oclock to come the next day even though I got to the bank at 4:30 but it took them 1/2 hour to cash the check. All my money is on TD bank, cds, savings, checking but I will closed all my accounts . TD BANK NEEDS TO HIRE PROFESSIONALS NOT MORONS. INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL AND ILLITERATE STAFF.

The ATM will NOT return your card, and the phone number printed on the ATM to report issues with the machine is just a general customer service number which doesn't have an option for ATM issues, and when I finally selected to speak to an agent I was left waiting for 40 minutes and no one took the call. And the worst part is that there is more people here waiting for their cards to be returned
