I had the pleasure of working with Danny and Kimberly at this branch. We ran into some bumps due to permitting and the other big company's poor customer service front to assist customers (everything took WEEKS with them. Even to talk to someone, you have to schedule a call 4-5 days out) that resulted in a super long drawn out process that lasted months. Danny and Kimberly were very patient and followed up and provided updates regularly. Even through the lengthy process, they were able to give us the rate we started the process with. I enjoyed working with people like them. They value you and your time as a customer and made the very annoying process easy and reduced stress. I would highly recommend them!
