Very terrible Bank they have very bad customer service and the people work there. I dont think they know the job Im recommend for anybody not to go there.

This branch is the WORSE! The previous staff was exceptional. I miss Emily. I arrived in June to reopen my Bus. Acct and I was not expecting what I walked into. Stephanie one of the tellers was the rudest. She treated me very unprofessionally. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, so I overlooked it. I returned a few weeks later only to be greeted by the same teller, Stephanie. After she whispered something to the branch VP Walter his demeanor was the same as hers. He took my info and stated that he needed to send it to Headquarters because I had a previous acct with them. He stated that it would take 24 hrs and he would contact me with further info. It is now July 17th, I never heard from Walter. I later found out after opening my Bus. Acct in Wesley Chapel with Beth P(She is the epitome of a CSR) that the statement Walter made was not that of Truist. In other words, he lied about having to send my info to Headquarters. WOW! I hope their attitude at this location does not reflect the leadership in Headquarters. With Prop. Mgr. background who oversaw several staff members understand the importance of making sure that Customer Satisfaction is always a Priority!! Hint: Headquarters should send in Shoppers to this location. Their unprofessionalism, uninviting attitude at this branch is bad for business. Stephanie and Walter could sure take a page from the employees at Chik fila and Publix. Don't Bank Here!! Find Beth at Wesley Chapel you will not be disappointed!!!
