Regions Bank

I have never in my life seen so many errors occur within a bank. So extremely dissatisfied with Regions, I cant even begin to explain. Not to go in to all the details but we were stuck in a situation where we couldnt make a change to another bank but oh how I wish we had!! We have a construction/SBA loan through them, and it has been one error and nightmare after another! The people we dealt with could never answer a question without going to another department and the errors! UGH!! Our loan final closed in December when it should have final closed in August/September but they got 3 more months of interest only payments from us on 2 loans. The SBA loan closed without a hitch. Then Regions literally closed our main Regions loan, which I didnt know until the auto debit payment didnt come out when it was supposed to. When they fixed that issue, my next invoice came and it included some additional fees in the amount of $62k I was told not to worry about it, that it was because of the error in closing out the loan by mistake and they would fix it. Well they didnt and debited our account in the amount of $68K WE DO NOT HAVE THAT kind of money in our account and now it is in the negative and my SBA loan is due to auto debit in a matter of days and will be rejected if they do not get this fixed in time. RUN RUN FAST AND FAR from Regions Bank. I cannot in good faith and will never recommend this bank to anyone for personal or business.

I will go out of my way to come into this branch. The staff there is always friendly and fast. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I'm taking the time to do this because I want the staff there and especially Mrs Sotomayor how much I appreciate all of their help when I was running in and out during my lunch break and during our move. Since I opened my account at Regions, I have not been able to use Zelle due to an error that the Bank's system throws, I have gone to different agencies 3 times, I have called the customer service number and no one can solve this problem. When I go to the agency they tell me to call customer service, when I call customer service they tell me to go to an agency, I have already done it 3 times and the bank does not offer me a solution.

This is by far the best bank in Tampa, FL. I've never felt so good leaving a bank before! The banking team makes you feel right at home and is super helpful!
