        Tried to move all my funds into their bank. The easiest part was opening the accounts, and transferring over the minimum balance needed. Beyond that, setting up the online accts (with all the errors), transferring money from external accts, ordering checks, customer service, online bill pay - all horrible. If you have an issue and call customer service, you will have to wait until "regular banking hours." Then they will re-route you 5 times before finally getting to someone to tell you they are unable to help. I am moving again, what a wait of time.

        FFIB is by far the best bank around. I've used a number of local area banks and credit unions over the years, but FFIB offers unmatched customer service and excellent rates. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned that they only had a Tampa location and I live in Pinellas, but it has not been a problem at all. Everything is done conveniently on-line, or in a pinch...someone will come to you!! I would give them 6 stars if I could!
