    The staff service is very bad, I waited a long time only for the person who helped me to tell me that they don't do that in the offices that now everything is online and I called the customer service number, it seemed suspicious because the place was Full of people, I called customer service and they said of course they have to do it at the bank, online or by phone

    I had bad experience at this branch, the banker that assisted me, apparently was having a bad day and made my day a bad one as well. I came in to open a new business account, I needed some documents that I did not bring in, on paper but had them in one drive. Just a few clicks on my phone and she would had have them in her email. She lied to me and said she was not able to receive outside emails and quickly referred me to an Amscot to get the documents printed. After opening the account and completing her services. She handed me her business card with her email address. Ahh!!! now she has an email. So, if this is lack of training, transparency, or a company policy. I am closing my accounts with this bank.

    I arrived at the bank to request a new debit card, I had my appointment made two weeks in advance for 4:00 pm that day and when I arrived at the bank one of the employees told me that she was sorry but that I had to postpone my appointment because she had to go pick up her son from school, which bothered me a lot and I decided not to apply for my new debit card at said bank.
