NOVEL Beach Park is the best place to live! The leasing team and the maintenance team were helpful, professional and friendly! Our move in process was very smooth and efficient, the leasing team did a fantastic job and we are happy to call NOVEL Beach Park as our home!

Living the dream!
Novel Beach Park is such a wonderful place to live. We have a family of four. Each of us enjoy the amenities offered at Novel Beach Park, there is something for everyone. From the amazing gym on the ground floor to the Sky Lounge on the 9th floor and everything in between. The building is breathtaking, state of the art, immaculate and perfectly maintained. The staff is wonderful, Rachael and Zane greet us with a welcoming smile and are always available to answer any of our questions. The apartments are beautiful, have top of the line finishes and are quiet. We moved-in two months ago, we couldnt be happier and are proud to call Novel Beach Park our home.

This is an amazing place to live. I have not lived here long ,but I love it and feel right at home . The staff is very nice and always make sure my family and I feel comfortable. And also make sure to prioritize our needs before their own . Highly recommend this place!
