horrible apartment complex. i have seen multiple rats. no parking for residents. my guests get towed all the time. theres pee from animals in hallways and outside poop not picked up. the elevators are always broken having to take several flights of stairs. packages have been stolen from being left out in lobby. we have no package room. theres always nats inside my apartments and hallways because of the restaurants downstairs and all the garbage. my lock on my front door always has issues needing maintenance 24/7. the safety at this complex sucks, i have seen homeless people sleeping in the courtyards multiple times when walking my dogs. the gates and doors are always unlocked so anyone can walk in. goodluck to finding parking or leaving your home when theres any kind of event going on across the street. this is far from luxury.

The least professional and laziest leasing office I have ever come across with. Multiple times had mischarged my account, and would required constant review for mismanagement. Often times would refuse to get back to me after calling, emailing, stopping by the office. Somehow months later I see my credit get dinged for an unpaid balance I was cleared on before moving out. Shocking no. Frustrating yes. If you live here. Make sure you get receipts or email confirmation from them cause often times they wont do what they tell you they are doing regarding your billing, or any other action related item. Over priced place with constant amenity issues. With so many other options I would look elsewhere.

im far from a person who complains, and this is my first bad review but i am so unsatisfied here that its necessary. if i could give this apartment complex 0 stars, i would. endless list of complaints that the management doesnt seem care about. im stuck in a lease where im beyond unhappy. Ive seen 4 rats now in the lounge area throughout the past 5 months, you would think the problem would be resolved after all that time considering its been brought to their attention multiple times. parking spots always get filled and as someone who works night shifts, ive had to park in guest parking multiple times - two of which my car got towed. the elevators never work which makes taking my dachshund out difficult because of their sensitive backs. my front door is constantly giving me issues and ive had to sit outside my door trying to unlock it for over 30 minutes multiple times. the security here sucks, theres homeless people sleeping in the lounging area multiple nights which makes it feel unsafe to walk my dogs at night. the wifi they add to your rent is mandatory, and is also awful. cant connect my roomba or lights, and its slow. theres no package room and packages are always stolen, management never offers a solution. The staff is nice but nice doesnt mean anything when they dont address any of the issues that come up. email are never answered, and when bringing any of this to their attention the only response given is basically that sucks. the a/c in the hallways is always out and the hallways always stink. for paying over $3000 to live here, its not worth it. this is far from a luxury apartment complex. if you are considering moving, i wouldnt. if you do, make sure to read your lease carefully so youre not stuck paying 2 months of rent if you choose to terminate your lease and be prepared for fire alarms to go off randomly in the middle of the morning every month. this complex only cares about money, not a thought goes into the satisfaction or safety of their residents.
