I was one of the first tenants as well, and Im very happy here. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly, and I especially appreciate Susan in the leasing office. The two concerns Ive had (common to any complex) were handled by Susan with empathy and understanding, and with a reasonable explanation. Im VERY glad shes here!

I've been living here for about a month. I waited to post any type of review for the complex until I was here for a few weeks. I love this complex so much.. I feel so safe and it's so secluded, even though you're just off of westshore. The ladies in the office are so amazing and they are very timely with their response when they are needed. They host a lot of events for the residence to get to know each other. Overall, my experience has been awesome and if it continues like this, I will be resigning next year.

I live here since it opened in 2022, I was one of the first tenants. The complex went through a change of management and I think the new manager Susan is doing a great job! I love that she is approachable and working hard to keep the Package Room organized. Apartments are really nice and modern. Everybody living here seems friendly & the location is convenient. I just wish there would be more shade around the pool in summer and the loungers would be cleaned occasionally. Another downside is that the compact parking spots are really small and the regular ones are limited.

Hidden gem, absolutely would recommend moving in here. Susan in the leasing office is absolutely amazing and goes out of her way to make sure the residents are safe and taken care of. Truly one of the best complexes in South Tampa!
