Jackie is pretty terrible. Called in with some legitimate grievances and I got was "it's not my problem" or "I can't help you". Not really acceptable when your the first point of contact for everyone.

THIS IS ALSO CALLED WAVE APARTMENTS! Please RUN for you life. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHEREEEEE, they even get in your clothes, in your food no matter how much pest control!!!! Please run!!! I am begging you!!! Its a bad neighborhood also and the neighbors can be rude!!!! PLEASE RUN!!!! Roaches everywhere in every crevice of every corner. DONT EVEN TRY TO COOK, they immediately come out!!!

Not a great introduction to the Wave. I called them because the complex seemed cool from their website, but I was greeted by Jackie She was very crabby and belligerent with me from the start. She said she hasn't been in the apartments for a while and didn't know what was going on yet. It'd been fine if she wanted to take down my information and contact me later with more info at a later date, but she was treating me like I was being hostile to her. I used to work in customer service so I always try to be understanding. I never want to ruin someone's day by being a crabby customer or client, yet she acted like I was being rude. I just had a few questions so I could understand what was going on and if I should call back at another time. If you wanna live here, maybe give it a month before you call because it doesn't seem very organized at the moment.
