I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Peter, the assistant property manager at Park West Apartments, and I can't help but share my exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the complex, Peter was the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making me feel immediately welcomed and valued. His follow up has been great and I feel beyond blessed to call this place my home. Thank you, Peter, for making Park West Apartments a wonderful place to live!

Ive been wanting to come to Tampa for awhile now, had a hard time finding the perfect spot. I met with Peter and absolutely fell in love with the complex as well as the location. Everything is so close by, everyone is so friendly as well. Safe area too. I cant thank Peter enough for being so attentive with me and handling all of my questions so promptly. If youre looking for a spot to call home I highly recommend. All new appliances and very spacious. Also quiet at night.

I lived here in a newer remodeled 2x1. Just something to keep in mind is the units are small and there are no amenities, but for the price and location, I really didn't mind it. The area always felt very safe, they do a great job keeping the complex clean, and everyone is kind and keeps to themselves. I never had issues with noise, the walls are literal concrete so you won't hear anything unless it's right above you or out front in the common area. I loved my time at Park West because of how kind the staff is here. The office was good about returning calls/emails and working with us on any issues we had. Leroy is the maintenance supervisor and I cannot express how lucky we were to have him. He went above and beyond anytime we needed something and truly cares for the residents at Park West.
