    Lived here for 2 years and it was sad seeing the property and community go downhill. Previous management was very communicative and friendly, even holding held multiple events for the community to bring everyone together. However, new management does not and barely gives notice for property maintenance. The sprinkler system is jacked up and will shoot onto people's car's and units. Many of the amenities such as the gym and dog bath are unclean and the supposed "gated community" always has the gates open. On the day I was scheduled to leave and have a walkthrough of my unit, no one showed up for the scheduled time and when I confronted the property manager he told me I had to wait because there were potential new tenants that needed a tour. When someone leaves a bad review, blank 5 star reviews suddenly pop up to raise the google rating. I could go on and on about this place but save your time and money on by avoiding this place altogether.

    Horrible moveout experience - moved out in February, and tried to pay moveout charges on the day of moveout, but was informed that Bay Crossing could no longer handle this with me as I had to go through Haven central billing. I called haven central billing, who informed me that I needed to wait several weeks for the information to be passed to them, and that they would call me back. I never received a callback, so called Haven again a few weeks later. They then emailed me an incorrect bill, with service charges for March (even though I moved out in Feb,) as well as a new late payment fee (I was told I could not pay when I tried to do so when moving out.) Central billing seemed to understand what I was saying, and so told me to wait 2 weeks while they disputed the March charges and late fee with Bay Crossing. Today, central billing contacted me saying that Bay Crossing had rejected my dispute and that I am required to pay the all the charges for March, even though I did not live at the property then. I am posting this review as I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this, and nothing has worked, I am at the point of giving up.
