    It's been almost 3 years Iive here. The only good thing about this place is location. 1. The alarm goes off often and ruins my weekend. It is the most deafening alarm I have ever heard. Doesn't stop for 20 minutes and then starts again. Management did nothing in 3 years every time I asked about what are the actions you're taking to solve this problem. 2. Hallways are dirty as hell. Especially in building 2. All the gates are open and there's no security at all. There's only one locked door and the college kids puts a rock in it so that would also stay open. Several times I've heard a thief trying to open my apartment door in the middle of the night. Same happened for my neighbor. 3. The garage gate is broken 24/7 and waiting for thieves to damage and steal your car. 4. Drunk and high college kids are too noisy and disrespectful on every weekend. They kick the doors & trash bags and run away. 5. Their towing company (ComTow) is the most aggressive one. Towed my friend's cars twice, once when he parked at visitors park spot that doesn't require guest permit. The office was closed when he arrived and yet they said you didn't have guest permit on dash. Like how am I supposed to get that if the office is closed? Recently they started allowing all the cars without permit, but that doesn't change my awful experience. 6. They increase rent by $500 every single year for existing residents, and then call you and ask you come to beg us several days so we can give you $250 increase instead of $500, so you would appreciate them for increasing your rent Experience talks. 7. Endless maintenance/construction camouflage. They do NOTHING other than narrowing down the garage area, pool area, pet park, etc. places so they would look ugly as hell and you would have less space. 8. Ants. Lots of ants! If the weather is cold or slightly cool, I have endless ants in my apartment. I put ant killers everywhere but that doesnt solve the problem. As the weather gets warmer, fruit flies replace the ants. At night, the cockroaches keep coming under the door, regardless how clean I keep the apartment. Very frustrating. 9. Elevators are broken. I'm always embarrassed when I have a guest at this messy place. Also, the management charges you for everything.

    I hate that I even have to give one star, but I just moved out of this slum at the beginning of the month and I implore you to STAY AWAY. 1) both the property manager and ESPECIALLY the assistant property manager are textbook definitions of incompetent. They will lie to your face just to get you to leave the office. Xiama is the absolute worst - I dont know how she manages to dress herself much less prove effective in any type of management position. 2) your packages will be left in the garage, strewn throughout the property and there only recourse is - we cant help you. 3) Apartments are poorly built and MOLDY. So much mold. They should be reported. Complex is littered with trash and dog poop. 4) Your amenities dont work or are in poor condition or under construction (the gym lights dont work so you cant work out at night and the equipment hasnt been serviced not once since they opened - endangering residents) and their answer is, dont worry you dont pay for amenities (rent is 2700-3000) 5) Elevators havent been inspected this year and are out of date (they need to be sued for endangering the lives of residents). If you live on any other floor than the first GOOD LUCK carrying everything up the stairs. 6) When you move out they will nickel and dime you for anything they possibly can. They gave me paint to paint over patches and it was the wrong color and then charged me for having to repaint. 8) I have never lived anywhere worse or met anyone as awful as xiama - she should honestly be fired. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE is the ONE maintenance lady in charge of maintenance who also moved out of this terrible space because she is privy to just how bad it is. If there is a class action lawsuit against this property - sign me up. Save yourself time, money, health, and your sanity by just saying NO! Also, be prepared for their sad little we are sorry statement under this. It is a nice preview of what your life will be like if you choose to support this awful excuse for housing.
