The Sedona Apartments

For the amount of money this complex charges, they are a very low quality facility. The place looks nice on the outside, but it is the text book definition of dont judge a book by its cover. They do not hand out parking passes to residents but will then proceed to tow your vehicle because you dont have a parking sticker. Ive been waiting 7 months for a key fob so I can enter the front gates, pool, and gym. You have no way of entering the pool or gym without this fob. This facility has well over 50 different units some 3 bed room some 2 bedroom. But they only have a quarter of the parking spaces needed to accommodate their residents. You will be parking what feels like a mile away from your complex unless of course you want to pay an extra free for a reserved parking spot that may or may not be by your building anyway. Water fountains by the gym do not work. Ive seen the bathrooms with urine and feces go days without being cleaned. They say the pool and spa close at 10pm but in reality they lock it up anytime of their choosing with no warning. They charge an outrageous amount of money for very low quality service. Maintenance men are rude and unhelpful. The sales agents are unfriendly and not helpful when it comes to problems that arise due to their lack of knowledge and customer service skills. If I could rate this complex negative stars I would. I recommend everybody spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

I have lived here for several years and the property has gone down hill immensely! they say they are fixing things but the grounds are horrible.. 90% weeds (nomore grass), the walking path is covered in weeds and vines, it used to be maintained monthly, raked, sand filled in and beautiful, now there are large tree root popping up, uneven path etc (not safe) and about a year ago they "attempted" to fix it but all they did was put down patches of whole shells (not even crushed) to cover the weeds, which are now growing through the shells. Plants are either dead or full of weeds growing over and through them....its a disgrace. They don't do any up keep of your apartment, refresh paint, etc and barley patch any thing if needed and don't care about matching paint color etc..... and now they are raising rents by over $250 when the economy is horrible and inflation everywhere, they are making it very difficult for their residents.

Toured this community and was impressed with how clean. The pool was my favorite of all I have looked at.
