        I had SUCH a great experience signing a lease with Carlyle Flats. Elyssia was amazing to work with she was so attentive, responsive, and proactive. She answered every question and went above and beyond to ensure the moving process with seamless. Also, after touring I noticed a few minor maintenance issues and she said she would send it in so that they can hopefully get them fixed before I move in. Cannot express how amazing she is, they are lucky to have her working there. I look forward to living there!

        This is estimated to be the 20th rat caught in our apartment within the year. Carlyle refuses to fix the problem correctly so I will be posting every rat found and killed until the problem is resolved. Update 10/15: Facilities attempted to send pest control out. After waiting for 2 hours pest control never came. We now have 2 more victims
