Boston Market

I couldn't even believe what they handed to me!!! This is not the Boston market I know. The chicken was dry. They supposedly ran out of food.

Would not recommend. Most their drinks were out of service. They had no butter for the dinner rolls, the mac and cheese was given to us partially frozen. Service was very slow even though there was almost no one there.

For some reason, they are only open through the drive-thru with no explanation. At 6pm they didn't have half of the menu. The chicken I did get was cubed and flavorless. The gravy too. The only slightly warm part of my meal was the mashed potatoes. The staff was rude and unaccomodating. Completely unacceptable as a Boston Market restaurant.

What a joke this location has become. Out of everything the last 4 times weve tried to get a family mail. Use to be a great place for great food.

Excellent! I love Boston Market and this one is exceptionally good. The atmosphere isn't quite as lively and cheery as others, perhaps, but the staff is very nice (even when they are clearly having a bad day - their attitude and outlook is never directed towards customers over the counter). The food is great, though the quality does vary from day to day. You can see most of the food being made, which is a solid level of transparency. Prices are good. I am confused as to why folks do not shop here more often - business should be booming in the current economic climate!
