        Went to Boston Market to Waters Avenue. Had not gone in a while because the food was not fresh. Today, my husband picked up a chicken dinner for me. He ordered a half chicken, got creamed spinich instead of broccoli because broccoli was way overdone and was told that was all they had for now. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, I could not eat it. Instead of half chicken, got two breasts and two wings. Must have been there a long time for it to be this dried out. The creamed spinich was far from creamy, it was more of a solid serving. Got no cornbread. Tried to get informatin on manager to let he/she know what happened and no one answerd the phone. Will not go again and Boston Market used to be one of my favorite places to go.

        Made an order online , and drove all the way there . doors were closed and had to go to drive thru . They told me they had no more CHICKEN ! not just in this location but the other was the same !

        I use to love this place but in the past few weeks every time I go there everything is sold out. I am forced to order something else. They are either lazy to cook food or this restaurant is going out of business I will no longer return

        So I have to say I am so disappointed with my meal. Bought a meal for 4 thinking I can't wait to eat it. As a customer that has been coming here for 19 years I never thought I would say the food was HORRIBLE! good God what the heck is the color on that Mac n cheese and it's nasty nasty. The mashed potatoes I have no idea what it taste like. The spinach that was delish taste horrible as well. Let's not even talk about the chicken not even close to what it use to taste like and I didn't even get my side of cornbread. Thank God for that cause I will just keep it in my mind how good it was. This post is just to say how sad. Did they change the cook? Did the recipe change? I mean what happened to have this drastic change. But one thing for sure I will not be going back. P.S. I threw everything out.
