My daughter has sickle cell disease and can't get to hot or she'll go into a crisis upon calling him on a Saturday he said give me 45 min it was 30 min and when he arrived in 30 min we were getting cool I can't say enough about him I will be telling all my friends about Jerome awesome guy really fast

Mr. Jerome arrived on time for the appointment. I was experiencing temperature fluctuations in my air conditioning system. Upon inspection, he discovered mold in my A/C unit. He avoided suggesting unnecessary upgrades. Mr. Jerome patiently explained different air conditioning units and their maintenance. The installation of the new unit was swift. I am very pleased with his service.

Arrived on time. Extremely knowledgeable and the work was done very fast. Arrived with his own shoe protectors and cleaned up everything after. Great experience. I will definitely use Red Apple again.

Mr Jerome Brown came to my home at the scheduled time to fix the AC, after assessing the AC, he immediately identified the problem, and was honest and very straight forward about how and what needs to done to correct the problem
