First, I never leave bad reviews, but this cannot be left unsaid; this dangerous womans lack of professionalism and ethics are extremely damaging to the vulnerable populations that she has chosen to "serve". Morally bankrupt. My client made the mistake of engaging with and trusting this extremely paranoid, unstable woman, then got taken advantage of and abused by her, as well as her family. I needed information pertaining to this client and this woman not only wouldn't provide it, but became abusive, made false accusations and gaslit this person, for even requesting her records, undoubtedly an effort to backpedal and try to cover her highly unethical abuses. Very clearly shes done this before. Sadly, Ms. Santana is another example of wasted education, shes missed the point entirely of her chosen calling. It goes without saying, that a true professional doesn't have to ask clients to write them good reviews, which she does. She brings shame on this profession, I can't help but think about what shes done to others that are not strong enough to speak for themselves.

I can't recommend Sherry highly enough. This woman is exceptional in her dedication to her clients, the depth of her expertise, and her personal warmth. This is the person you want protecting your loved-one.

Sherry contacted me immediately by text although very busy, she always checked in with helpful resources by text. . It took a day or so before we actually spoke but she was sure to send me other helpful resources. I was connected to a much needed caseworker and a realtor to assist me with finding a home when I couldn't get help from anywhere else. And she did it all for free, I didn't know that she was a paid service until just now , after reading the reviews. And me, going on & on about how miserable I was...Thank you so much Sherry, you're a living angel !!
