I saw a lot of negative reviews about this location but my experience was great. The young lady working there was friendly and got me in and out. Clean truck and did what I needed it to do.

I reserved a van and appliance dolly online. The van was ready and in proper working order when I arrived. The woman handling my reservation was polite and professional. The ONLY flaw was that the appliance dolly Id reserved was unavailable. I had to make do with a regular dolly. They adjusted the price. But I needed the appliance dolly. That was a relatively minor inconvenience. But the overall experience was good. Drop-off was convenient as well.

There was one employee working when I came in, and he was in the back. 7 people in line, waiting, with no one to help. Then he came out and left without acknowledging the line and someone else finally came in. I was there to pick up a $113 apartment kit I had paid for and scheduled for pick up 3 hours or so earlier. I waited in line almost 20 minutes behind people who were filling out paperwork to rent trucks. Then I finally made it up there and not a single item had been gathered. The employee started to help the woman behind me with her truck reservation--which she hadn't paid for yet--after he found out what I needed. But she told him to take care of me first. He loaded a cart with the items I paid for and left it by the door for me to deal with. It did not fit through the door well and I could not hold the door open and steer, so I ended up having to take things a few items at a time to my car. Finally he noticed after he finished helping the person behind me and helped me get through the door with the 2/3rd unloaded cart. He asked me why i didnt ask for help, but he'd immediately left me to help someone else. Then he walked back into the now-empty store while I finished unloading by myself. It took me 40 minutes total to pick up an order I'd prepaid for three hours earlier. It was a terrible experience and I'll stick to buying moving boxes at Lowe's. They have my order ready when I arrive and help me unload. And their parking lot also isn't a narrow nightmare with few spaces that are mostly filled with the rental trucks.
