Honestly with housing that caters more toward college students, Ive seen worse. At least the kids in the office do their best to try and Leo you with whatever situation you have. Valentina is great! She is always so polite and basically doesnt say no, she says let me see what I can do for you.

I moved in November Ive been having issues since from the time I moved in. As said before when I moved in the restroom was filthy the bedroom had cat hair all over the place the kitchen was a complete mess. Miles & Tiffanie are no help what so ever. I have asked to be moved and put into another apartment and nothing. They dont assist you in your problems. Theyre very under the table with a lot of things they do. They dont email you back about your problems but they are quick to email you about something thats less important.

I really enjoyed living at University Village! The apartments were clean and up to date. Maintenance was very helpful and were good about knocking and checking before entering the unit, which I appreciate. My only issue was with the dishwasher, but maintenance came into my unit multiple times until the issues was fixed. Maintenance was also good about listening to maintenance notes, such as not leaving the door open because of my cat. I rarely had pest issues here and when I did either pest or maintenance would address them. I always had positive interactions with the office staff, especially Tiffany and Morgan. Theyre fantastic with follow-up through email or phone call, and my issue was always addressed in a kind and timely manner. For the location and price, the units at their Village location are fantastic. I will always miss my poolside view and all the sun I got from the living room window!
